Attention athletes--fall sports begin the first week of school, so make sure your Final Forms and sports physical are complete and up to date so you don't miss tryouts or practices. Parents/guardians, if you have not yet registered your student for Final Forms, visit http://kentwoodps-mi.finalforms.com and select the option to create a new account to get started. Students must have a current sports physical (dated after 4/15/25) and parental consent forms submitted on Final Forms before they will be allowed to participate in tryouts or practices.
